Christian Rapper Derek Minor Chronicles DC Capitol Hill Meeting with Ownership is the New Black Video

Derek Minor founded Ownership is the New Black in 2020 now the organization was recognized by some of the most important people in the U.S.

“Ownership is the New Black works to close the racial wealth gap by uplifting and amplifying stories that promote Black ownership as a lifestyle. We do this by celebrating current Black owners, educating the next generation of owners, and activating local communities,” the website reads.

Artist in the Christian Hip Hop Community such as, Derek Minor, Mimi McCarley, Propaganda, A.I. the Anomaly, Dee-1, Wande, Aaron Cole, Canon, Ritz McFly, Foggieraw, nobigdyl., Mike Mack, and several others made the trek to the Nation’s capital to talk about the racial wealth gap in America.
